Now, you can see your hull without the dive mask, fins, and wetsuit.

No better way to spend St. Patty’s day in the harbor than to get an up-close look at one one the most classic and beautiful boats in the harbor.

David Lyon replaced my standing rigging. I saw how meticulous he was with my top-side. In gratitude, I gave him a look at his boat from below.

What a gorgeous sailboat! Can’t wait to see SV Gurn doing laps out in the harbor this summer!

Winter Storm Damage? Submerged Tree Collision?

Recent storms have uprooted thousands of trees up and down the coast. Many of the timber torpedoes are really good at hiding at or just below the waterline, making it hard to see them before a collision occurs. Captain Dave covered this topic in his recent Noozhawk article, “Captain’s Log: Beware of Deadheads Waiting in Ambush.”

If you took your boat out between storms and ended up hearing a deadhead bouncing down your hull before you saw the log, call me. I’ll give you a free, live view look at your hull so you can have the peace of mind that all is well, or you can schedule a repair with your ship-wright if damage is found.
